Welcome on my website. My name is Zsuzsanna Racz, according to my qualifications I am a pathologist, a scientist (PhD) and horse/rider trainer. My love
and deep interest towards the horses showed itself in the early years of my life, but since I have always been a physically small person, I was not allowed to ride ever since I turned 16 or 17 – I didn’t give it up! Each person has its story, so do I, and I do believe, these stories happen with a special reason. For instance, I started riding in the “English” way, and after a couple of years, I accidentally got acquainted with the method of Pat Parelli. I fell in love with the concept at once, and then started to learn the method. As the years passed by, I kept focusing on the horse, and I realized, all I do is what I have learnt from them. The horse got into the center of my interest. I stepped onto a road; I have never dreamt of, it was the road leading into the true world of the horses. I learned what is “good” and what is “bad” for a horse, I learned how to communicate with them, I got to know the thinking and psychology of them. A huge part of me turned into a horse. It’s a magical world, once you stepped into it, you will never want to leave it. As time flew by, I concentrated even more on the horse itself, putting more effort on the “natural work together”, no matter if it was dressage, jumping, or basics. I realized there is one ultimate thing, that horses seek for, just like humans: it’s balance. This is what determines my work with the horses, no matter what kind of discipline the horse is trained for, how old the horse is, etc. Balancing the inside of the horse leads to outer balance which means success in the everyday work. Don’t forget, if you would like to work with a horse, you have to be able to get the balance of your horse – for him and for yourself, its a team-work!
